By opting into our Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not opt into or participate in the Program.

By voluntarily opting into our SMS Program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from

Appointment reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling notifications (non‑marketing);

3. Consent to Receive Messages

Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us; and

4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 5 messages per week. However, the number of messages may increase or decrease based on your activity, appointments, or specific preferences.

Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to you or by you. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and individual plan. Jesus Rodriguez LLC is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred as a result of participating in the Program. Please consult your wireless provider for details about your specific plan.
6. Opt‑Out Instructions
You may opt out (cancel) of our SMS Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or any other standard opt‑out keyword to any message you receive from us.
After you send an opt‑out request, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re‑opt in through one of the methods described in Section 3.
To rejoin the Program after opting out, you must sign up again as you did initially (e.g., by checking the opt‑in checkbox on our website or replying with a START keyword).
7. Help & Support
For assistance, you may reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive an automated reply with:
The Program name and description;
Our customer support contact information; and
A reminder that message & data rates may apply.

8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Jesus Rodriguez LLC is not responsible for any message that is not delivered or delayed due to carrier network issues, device compatibility, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and SMS opt‑in information are used solely to provide the services you requested, in accordance with our Privacy Policy :
By using our Program, you agree to the collection and handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Third‑Party Sharing Restrictions
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt‑in consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with trusted service providers (such as SMS delivery platforms and customer support tools) solely to facilitate the Program; such providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
CTIA‑mandated language: “Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services.”
11. Confirmation Message
After you successfully opt in to the Program, you will receive a confirmation message similar to:
“You’re subscribed to Jesus Rodriguez LLC SMS alerts. You may receive marketing and service‑related messages. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
12. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to participate in our SMS Program. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
13. Changes to the Program or Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes affecting the Program, we will notify you by:
Sending a message to the phone number you provided; and/or
Posting the updated Terms on our website.
For existing subscribers: Material changes to the Program will require new opt‑in consent before the changes become effective. By continuing to participate in the Program after a material change, you agree to the updated Terms only after providing fresh consent.
We will not charge you for any changes to these Terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jesus Rodriguez LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to:
Delayed or undelivered messages;
Errors in message content;
Any action taken or not taken in reliance on any message; or
Any interruption or cessation of the Program.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Program is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Program will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jesus Rodriguez LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your use of the Program in a manner not expressly authorized by these Terms; or
Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information you provide in connection with the Program.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida , United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in State of Florida United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our:
Constitute the entire agreement between you and Jesus Rodriguez LLC regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
